Shipping & Returns


We will notify you once your order is ready for pick-up. As some merchandise may need to be transferred between our shops we request 48 hours to ensure the items are ready. If you have a question regarding your E-commerce order, please call 402-932-9932 and ask for the E-commerce department.


While we love our international, Alaskan, and Hawaiian friends, however, at this time shipping is only available in the contiguous United States. Orders are shipped via USPS and will arrive approximately within 5-10 business days unless otherwise selected. We cannot be responsible for the security of packages once they are shipped.

The shipping process will be initiated within 48 hours. You will be sent an email confirmation upon shipping.

Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the order.


Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do happen. Should your order arrive with a defect or damage, we will do our very best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible.

Please be sure to fully look over the merchandise at the time of delivery and note any damage or defect to our customer experience team within 24 hours of receipt.

If you refuse delivery due to damage or a manufacturing defect, the merchandise will be brought back to the local delivery terminal. We will then review and evaluate the condition of the item. Please note, the claims process takes 2-3 weeks to finalize and issue a replacement. Our team will work hard to have a replacement issued and shipped as soon as possible.

Shipments that are refused due to non-damage will be issued a refund less the original handling fee charges and a 20% restocking fee.


No return will be accepted after 7 days of delivery.

We do not offer returns on sale or health and beauty merchandise.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the merchandise within 7 days from delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Any eligible refund or store credit will be credited to your account once the merchandise has been received and thoroughly inspected.
